We collect: • Account Information: Name, email address, company name, job title when you register • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, agent runs, time spent on platform • Project Data: URLs, keywords, ad copies, and marketing assets you create or upload • Payment Information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we never store card details • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system • Communications: Support tickets, feedback, and emails you send us
We use your data to: • Provide and operate the MarketMind.ai platform and all AI agents • Personalise your experience and improve AI recommendations • Process payments and send transaction receipts • Send product updates, feature announcements, and tips (you can opt out) • Respond to support requests and resolve issues • Analyse usage patterns to improve our platform • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security We never sell your data to third parties or use it to train AI models without explicit consent.
When you use our AI agents, the content you input (URLs, keywords, ad briefs, etc.) may be processed through OpenAI's GPT-4o API. This is necessary to provide AI-powered analysis and generation. We: • Do not use your content to train OpenAI models (governed by OpenAI's API usage policies) • Do not share your project data with other MarketMind.ai users • Store generated content securely and encrypted • Delete project data upon account closure within 30 days
We implement industry-standard security including: • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit • AES-256 encryption for data at rest • SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (Vercel + Neon) • Regular security audits and penetration testing • Role-based access controls • Multi-factor authentication support Despite our safeguards, no digital transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We share data only with: • OpenAI (for AI processing — see Section 4) • Razorpay (for payment processing) • Google OAuth (for authentication) • Vercel (hosting infrastructure) • Neon (database infrastructure) All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and cannot use it for their own purposes.

MarketMind.ai operates from India with infrastructure in the United States and Singapore. By using our platform, you consent to data transfer across these regions. All transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
MarketMind.ai is a professional B2B platform not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
