By using MarketMind.ai you agree to these Terms. If you are using on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that company.
MarketMind.ai provides AI-powered marketing tools including SEO audit, keyword research, content generation, ad campaign creation, social media, ASO, competitor analysis, and performance reports. Services are provided "as is" and are subject to change.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, all activity under your account, ensuring all users comply with these Terms, and providing accurate billing information.
You may not use MarketMind.ai to create spam or deceptive content, violate any laws or third-party rights, reverse engineer or scrape our platform, share account access with unauthorised users, or use AI outputs to harm individuals or organisations.
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service. Our platform, AI models, and code are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or resell our platform without written permission.
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require human review. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication or use in campaigns.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. You may cancel anytime — access continues until the period end. Refunds are available within 7 days of first purchase only.
MarketMind.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific marketing results from using our platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India. You waive the right to jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you via email for significant changes.
